Great notification system on when Tru Green will arrive.
Great notification system on when Tru Green will arrive. Once Tru Green arrived they completed the 1st application to get rid of my weeds and creepy Charlie. So far the product is working perfect. I can’t wait for my 2nd, 3rd applications to my yard. Overall experience was awesome as Tru Green gave me a complete assessment of my yard.

My experience with TruGreen has been excellent overall. We absolutely love our technician, Chris. He's knowledgeable and takes the time to discuss our lawn's needs. Definitely brings a personalized touch to the service that is greatly appreciated.

The crews doing the work
The crews doing the work are informed and are able to help us understand what they are doing and why--in addition to sounding very interested in what they are doing and in translating to us what they are doing. The lawn is always perfect with no weeks and looking proudly beautiful. The Tru-Green representative will always make suggestion(s) as to what we might do in their absence to further improve the lawn health. Great company and great crews!

They always respond cheerfully to any requests that I make. Service personnel, whether at my home or in the office are friendly and respectful.

Really pretty responsive
Really pretty responsive. I called and got answers. They came out and explained things so that I could understand. They even worked with me on pricing. Only one oops- one of the techs didn’t know which kinds of trees we have. Also, we had Asian lady beetles quite extensively and didn’t get offered a treatment very promptly. Oh well we will be fine Iâm sure and plan on using them again.

Over the past few years
Over the past few years I have hired TruGreen for all the lawn and shrub care that I used to do all the time. They have exceeded my expectations. The people who do the work are not only knowledgable, but seek me out to talk about what they are doing and why, so that I am fully informed and know what to expect from the results they insure will occur.

This is the best Lawn service I have found.. I have been with them for years and am convinced there is no service that compares to this . The people who come to perform the service are truly professionals and make one feel like we are the most important client that they at tend to. Great service

I spent years
I spent years trying to get a decent looking lawn. I seeded my back yard and had sod placed in the front yard. It took a lot of time to get the back yard to fill in like the front yard and then I had a neighbor with a yard full of dandelions. His weeds nearly decimated my yard until I asked TruGreen for help. I told them I would give them five years to improve my lawn to a point where I could be proud. That was over fifteen years ago and I'm still with them. A new neighbor moved in across the street too. He told me that my yard was what sold him on this neighborhood. He's now a TruGreen customer too.

I love that they notify
I love that they notify me a day before they will be stopping out and that I receive reports on how the service went and the health of my lawn even when I'm not home during the appointment. The is the best my lawn has ever looked in 9 years and I have so much more free time on the weekends now!

Every year everything they say they'll do gets done.
Every year everything they say they'll do gets done. And if I'm home when they arrive, the folks answer any questions I might have as well as handle any "problems" I point out. I've even had neighbors comment on how early and nice our lawn looks. And I've never watered.

TruGreen is dependable and always gives me a call a day or two before they come so I know they are coming. They are quick to respond to any questions I have. I have had their services for so many years I can't remember since I've been in the same place for 47 years and my lawn looks great.

Since I decide to have my lawn care done by Tru Green. My lawn looks healthy, green, thick and most of all no weeds. Very please with the service. A must for those who have trouble keeping their lawn healthy.

Excellent service
I tried TruGreen many years ago when I could not keep up with my neighbor's weeds. Nothing I did seemed to matter. I decided to try TruGreen and give them a few years to prove their worth to me. I'm still with them some fifteen plus years later. Their costs have gone up but everything does and they are still less costly than I could do it myself.

I was very disappointed the beginning of the season. I was embarrassed with how our grass looked. I talked with a few people from Trugreen about this and they did what was needed to make our grass look better. I was happy with the way our lawn looked at the end of the season.

I use both the lawn and the tree/shrub service. My lawn and trees look better than my neighbors. This year there was virtually no crabgrass- just a little crept in from the neighbor''s yard. Almost every yard in my neighborhood has some sort of disease ruining their trees. All my trees look very healthy.

Went pretty well, except for the Asian lady beetles-I think it was those bugs_ had to go to Bachmans to get a trap for them...if you guys would have told me about them sooner, would have helped a lot! Also, tech misidentified some of our trees- we don't have an apple tree!

I started using Trugreen many years ago. I had a yard full of dandelions, as did my neighbors. I could not keep up with the weeds so I decided to give Trugreen a chance to prove their worth. I gave them five years to improve my lawn. They exceeded my hopes and turned a backyard of weeds and crabgrass, into a good looking, thick lawn. I figure I couldn't do any better on my own, even with the same amount of money. I'm still with them.

Lawn treatment is very good
Lawn treatment is very good. With the sand filled yard, Tru green helps our lawn from turning into weeds instead of green grass. Without Tru green treatments we would not have a nice lawn. Juan started tree and shrub service. Our trees and shrubs are looking very healthy and growing much faster then prior.
