Willows of Arbor Lakes offers an exclusive memory care with full 24-hour staffing. Trained staff members provide specialized activities and care designed to meet the unique needs of each individual experiencing memory loss. Our memory care services were designed to relieve our residents and their families from the daily cares that are necessary for a happy and thriving life, yet have become difficult for these special seniors to maintain on their own. Our memory care apartments at Willows of Arbor Lakes in Maple Grove, MN, are designed to enhance the quality of life for the individual with memory loss while providing a comfortable home-like atmosphere that encourages participation in programs. Individuals are accepted into memory care following a comprehensive nursing assessment of cognitive, physical and social levels of functioning.

Residence DirectorBjorn strives to enrich the lives of our tenants and their families at the Willows of Arbor Lakes. Featuring an MBA with an emphasis in healthcare and many years in the healthcare field, Bjorn joined Southview Senior Communities in 2010. As Residence Director, Bjorn appreciates the family atmosphere and teamwork approach at the Willows of Arbor Lakes. He enjoys spending time with our tenants and embracing their lives on a daily basis.

Assistant Residence DirectorBecky enjoys building relationships with tenants, families and staff at the Willows of Arbor Lakes. As Assistant Residence Director, Becky strives to create a family environment that strengthens and enriches our senior community. Becky has a Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Management and has been with Southview Senior Communities since 2011. Becky is passionate about our tenants and cherishes the opportunity to make a difference in their lives.

Katrice Clark
Director of NursingKatrice enjoys nothing more than seeing the sick get healthy and the sad get happy. The owner of a B.S. Degree in Nursing from St. Catherine’s University, Katrice joined the Southview team in early 2016. As Director of Nursing at the Willows of Arbor Lakes, Katrice strives to take good care of our Assisted Living and Memory Care tenants and gain the trust of their families. As an RN, Katrice loves her profession and making our tenants happy. Katrice especially enjoys seeing sad faces light up with love and joy!
